Today there is one hidden espresso recipe: dose, yield and shot time. You have six guesses to dial it in. Everyone gets the same recipe each day, and a new one arrives at local midnight.

How to play
- Enter a dose, a yield and a time, then press Guess. Whole numbers only.
- Exact. That number is right.
- Close. Within 1 g of the dose, 3 g of the yield or 3 s of the time. An arrow shows which way the answer is: higher, lower.
- Far. Not close. The arrow still points the right way.
- After each guess you also get a one-line hint about the ratio (how long the yield is compared with the dose).
- Today’s recipe is a realistic one: dose 15 to 22 g, ratio between 1:1.5 and 1:3, time 20 to 40 s.
This game is about brewing technique only. The recipe is a puzzle answer, not a recommendation for your machine or beans.
