Start a little coarser than where the burrs touch, and dial in from there. Finer is a lower number (toward the zero sticker).
Where to start
- One small step: 0.1 dial mark, about [object Object] µm of burr movement.
- Zero point: Units shipped since August 2022 are calibrated a few ticks under true zero. Don't grind below the zero sticker with the motor running (Option-O).
- Option-O publishes no espresso number. Start just above zero and work coarser in tenths; adjust with the motor running.
